For those of you not subscribed to Tom Woods' email distro, it's worth your while. This morning he sent out some links where he gets his daily news from. We've written what we as liberty lovers should be reading in order to become more educated on political philosophy and economics here.
Tom's list is really his quick list that he hits as the coffee is brewing each day. Check it out:
Tom Woods is a great resource and I find his podcast to be smart and always teaching me something. His Liberty Classroom is also a great resource of which we are affiliated. Check it out in the right sidebar.
Other daily reads I would add: 1. Stratfor, short for Strategic Forecasting, is an open source, unclassified intelligence firm based out of Austin, TX. They specialize in providing geopolitical intelligence to firms who are located in various countries. When I want an unbiased view of what is going on in the world, Stratfor can't be beat. 2. Google News. While not necessarily a news outlet, Google has an amazing algorithm to aggregate similar news stories. If I care about a certain topic, I'm provided with WaPo, HuffPo, ABC, CNN, UK's Daily Telegraph, BBC and Al Jazeera's writeup of the same topic. The differences in media bias are both amazing and disheartening.
